Gene Martin
Gene Martin grew up in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina, where his affinity for being near the water blossomed. This carried over to moving to the town of North Augusta, SC on the Savannah River to dive into his real estate. With 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he honed a passion for delivering excellent customer service, always aiming to exceed expectations and provide memorable experiences.
As a seasoned real estate investor for the past years, having consistently closed 50+ deals annually while running a lean and efficient operation. Specializing primarily in flips, he thrives on pushing the envelope with innovative renovations that breathe new life into properties.
In addition to flipping, Gene owns several Airbnb properties near the iconic Augusta National. He prides himself on creating a superior guest experience through a stylish renovation or a thoughtful, personalized touch. He is dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys a top tier stay. Always striving for excellence, Gene continues to innovate and elevate the real estate landscape, making a lasting impact in his community and beyond.
David Kirby
David Kirby is the Acquisitions Manager at Martin Legacy Holdings, where he specializes in connecting with local homeowners, evaluating properties, and negotiating win-win deals throughout the CSRA. With a strong background in sales and a sharp eye for value, David plays a key role in helping sellers find fast, stress-free solutions for their properties.
Raised in a military family, David has called the CSRA home since the age of seven. Outside of real estate, he’s passionate about personal fitness, plays in a Sunday soccer league, and enjoys time with his girlfriend and their four-year-old son. His drive to serve others and create better futures for families is at the heart of his work every day.
