Gene Martin
Gene Martin grew up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. He moved to North Augusta on the Savannah River and got into real estate here. Fifteen years in restaurants taught him how to take care of people — show up, keep it simple, and do what you said you’d do.
As an investor he’s closed 50+ deals a year with a small team. Most of that is flips. He likes clean, practical renovations that make a house livable again without making it weird.
Gene also owns a few short-term rentals near Augusta National. He leads day-to-day operations for North Augusta House Guys across the CSRA.
David Kirby
David Kirby is the Acquisitions Manager at North Augusta House Guys, where he specializes in connecting with local homeowners, evaluating properties, and negotiating win-win deals throughout the CSRA. With a strong background in sales and a sharp eye for value, David plays a key role in helping sellers find fast, stress-free solutions for their properties.
Raised in a military family, David has called the CSRA home since the age of seven. Outside of real estate, he’s passionate about personal fitness, plays in a Sunday soccer league, and enjoys time with his girlfriend and their four-year-old son. His drive to serve others and create better futures for families is at the heart of his work every day.
Andrew Duke
Owner / Managing Member
Andrew Duke is the Owner and Managing Member of CSRA House Guys, LLC (DBA North Augusta House Guys). He leads operations and construction for the company and works alongside the team to help CSRA homeowners sell houses fast for cash.
